We only accept payment, refund and cancellation requests that are made in accordance with this Policy. We are not obligated to allow any other cancellations or refund and  any other payment, except in accordance with our policies.
www.sanyogmatmoni.com is a platform that offers matrimonial services to users or its members. Once an individual/customer/ member has purchased any service from us they may choose to cancel the said service and seek refund. The terms and conditions for cancellation and refund are incorporated herein by way of reference and as amended from time to time (the "Refund policy"). 
The following shall be the payment options that are available for Users who wish to use the Website: 
i.    Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and financial institutions that are part of  Visa, Master Card and any other Card networks.
ii.    Visa & Master Card Debit cards;
iii.    Net banking/Direct Debit payments from selected banks. In order to seek refund and cancel the services, the purchaser shall foremost send us an email communicating at the same. info@sanyogmatmoni.com
If the email is received by us before the start of the service (i.e. before the service is live/listed), a deduction amounting to 30% of the billed amount shall be done, after which the refund of remaining amount shall be made within thirty (30) working days from the day the request is received by us. Any transaction charge arising out of this shall be solely borne by the purchaser of the service.
However, if the email for cancellation of service is received by us after the service is live/listed and/or SM has started working on such service then no refund shall be made. The purchaser may still send us an email at info@sanyogmatmoni.com to remove such listing that has been done and/or to not avail such service. However, no refunds shall be made even if the service is cancelled under such conditions.
If SM terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Certain provisions of this Agreement Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken. If SM has a reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member of the website then We may terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
No other cancellation or refund requests shall be considered by SM.
